Returns

Please fill out this form (PDF link) and include it in the packaging of your return.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been assembled, the product must be unused and the packaging in the original, same condition that you received it in. For this reason items such as balance bikes, scooters and trikes are unsuitable for returning.

For items that may be returned, please email us to advise that you wish to return an item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there is a manufacturing defect with the item. Shipping must occur within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of its receipt. An inspection of the item will be carried out and we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or Paypal account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If your refund request is disapproved, we will return the item to you. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
